CMG, Inc. is proud to have served as Construction Manager for Longchamp’s flagship renovation in SoHo, NYC — an ambitious, three-story remodel, which transformed one of the brand’s most iconic retail locations. From design concept through re-opening, CMG led the project with precision, coordination, and deep respect for Longchamp’s exacting standards.
This project was among the most complex we’ve managed. Defining the scope of work to competitively bid proved especially challenging, given the evolving vision and level of craftsmanship required. As work progressed, scope creep became a natural byproduct of the brand’s pursuit of perfection. Our team remained focused on managing expectations, aligning budgets, and maintaining momentum without compromising quality.
Adding to the complexity, Longchamp sourced materials and specialty artisans from around the world, ensuring they pushed the envelope without compromising the elegant design that represents their brand.
