Sage + Sound is a New York-based holistic wellness center founded by Lacey Tisch and Lauren Zucker that offers a variety of services and experiences focused on mind-body-spirit balance. Their offerings include specialized treatments like sound baths and energy healing, alongside classes such as pilates and breathwork. The space is designed with minimalist, natural aesthetics and earthy tones to create a tranquil environment, and the center is committed to sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and ethically sourced products. CMG was fortunate to partner with the Sage & Sound team to manage the completion of the 3rd Avenue site in NY and looks forward to the opening of the Greenwich, CT location in 2026.
