Keith founded CMG in 2005 with a focus on relationships, trust, and "doing the right thing:" values that have made CMG a company with an impeccable reputation, consistent repeat business, and the ability to work in both premium and growing markets. Keith has spent four decades shaping the retail and restaurant construction landscape, from 17 years as Construction Manager at McDonald’s to serving as Vice President at CKE Restaurants, directing large-scale development programs and ensuring brand consistency across diverse locations.
Keith continues to provide a strategic and broad vision for the company’s growth. For Keith, clients are the foundation of CMG’s success. Even as an external partner, CMG works as part of the client’s team. This solutions-oriented approach has been the foundation of the company’s growth, with a significant number of projects coming through referrals. Keith believes in "many hats": everyone on the team is flexible enough to adapt and get results. He maintains that CMG is only as good as its last project and will never compromise principles or the interests of a client for the sake of short-term gain. Today, Keith spends more time at home with his wife, travels, and, above all, enjoys being a grandfather, which he considers the best job in the world. His vision for the CMG future is to continue to grow profitably for the benefit of its employees, while maintaining the close communication with customers and the trust that has been built from the beginning of CMG's life.
