His professional path started in accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers on the audit team, where he further developed his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex budgets and processes. Transitioning into construction management opened new opportunities, bringing the variety and challenges that required unconventional solutions.
Today, Ben balances portfolio-level planning with direct involvement in key project milestones. This approach ensures precision in schedule, budget, and brand standards for both new builds and remodels. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his kids athletic interests in hockey and baseball, which, like construction, demand discipline, teamwork, and focus on results.
