Since 2018, Alicia Smith has led CMG projects for restaurant and retail brands including McDonald’s, Comcast, CityBlock Health, Raising Cane’s, and Bojangles. Each project has required tailored planning and precise coordination. Her engineering background and experience in industrial production shaped a systematic mindset and focus on efficiency expressed through shorter timelines, resource and vendor management, and consistent quality and design standards. Alicia represents client interests, advises franchisees, and organizes collaboration between owners, engineers, vendors, designers, and contractors.
Her work includes Raising Cane’s projects that achieved record quality scores and the renovation of Bojangles’ first restaurant, preserving historic architecture while meeting modern standards. At CMG, she implements digital project management systems and trains the team to use them. In her free time, she works on home improvement projects, helps with family farming, and spends time on the lake.
