Peachy – Chicago, IL
CMG, Inc. completed a new Peachy location in Chicago, Illinois, serving as Construction Managers from design concept through completion. This project presented unique challenges as it was located within a new building governed by strict building requirements and oversight standards that created complex scheduling constraints.
Our role at CMG was to coordinate the full process — working closely with Martin Kovic Milford Architects and assembling the right construction team to guide the project through permitting and buildout, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with Peachy’s brand standards. We worked closely with a local general contractor, 41 North, whose strong relationships with Chicago’s trade unions helped us navigate the local landscape efficiently and keep the project moving forward.
Despite the added complexity, the result is a refined, welcoming retail environment that reflects Peachy’s commitment to care and confidence — delivered on schedule and built to the highest quality standards.
